About the Role
DPQE (Development Product Quality Engineering)
**DPQE分為Consumer Team(消費性產品) & AOEM Team(車用產品)，兩個單位將聯合進行招募面試流程，實際入職單位將於面試結束後決定
工作說明
1. Customer/ design requirement flow down
(a) Control plan preparation
(b) PFMEA/ Control plan/ SOP alignment
(c) Product quality problem solving and monitoring at development and initial MP phase
(d) (AOEM only) Align/ negotiate customer requirement to a win-win solution
2. Process validation plan and execution
(a) Strain gauge validation to ensure there is no abnormal strain force applied on PCBA
(b) ESD validation to ensure the production process is free from ESD damage
(c) MSA validation to ensure the effectiveness of measurement system
(d) Others - develop more validation skill
(e) Data analysis for Top3 continuous improvement
3. Product maturity level assessment
(a) Assessment by development phase
(b) Data analysis for Top3 process improvement
4. (AOEM only) Customer events
(a) External audit host
(b) RFQ/ RFI preparation
(c) APQP/ PPAP preparation
(d) Global alignment for WW AOEM project
Requirements
學歷要求: 學士以上、 碩士以上
科系要求: 航太工程系、 造船工程系、 車輛工程學系、 工程學群、 機械工程學系
語文條件: 英文-中等
語言證書: 英文多益 TOEIC 600
加分條件
1. 具有品保或製程相關工作經驗者尤佳
2. 具有撰寫 PFMEA 及 control plan 之能力者尤佳
3. 具有不良品分析及撰寫 8D report 之能力者尤佳
4. 內外良好溝通能力
5. 多益成績600分以上
6. (AOEM Only)Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 or other automotive requirements
7. (AOEM Only)Experience with automotive customer (BMW, Mercedes, Honda, Yamaha...)
8. (AOEM Only)Ability of speaking Japanese / German
具下列資格條件者，將優先考慮：
1. 機械相關系所畢業者
2. 具有CQT/ CQE證照者尤佳
3. 了解 ISO9001及 ISO13485 相關知識尤佳
